Since 2003 the Gourmet Society, a dining club, has enabled its members across the United Kingdom to receive savings on a wide variety of restaurants.
Participating restaurants are varied and range from independent restaurants to well-loved chains such as Pizza Express, Giraffe, Café Rouge, Frankie & Benny’s, La Tasca and Prezzo. There really is something for everyone.
Subscription to the Gourmet Society entitles you to a wide selections of deals including 2 for 1 offers, 50% off food orders and 25% off combined food and drinks bills.
It is extremely easy to buy your membership subscription and get your membership card via the company website in a matter of minutes. You simply input your email and choose which payment method is most convenient for you.
Enjoying your first meal as part of the Gourmet Society is also incredibly simple. After searching on the company website, or on the Gourmet Society app, for the restaurant which appeals to you most, you can then check which discounts are available and reserve your table. Then, all that is left is to arrive at the restaurant showing your membership card (either as it appears on your app, or the plastic version), and to tuck in and enjoy - the food and your discount!
A great perk of Gourmet Society membership is that discounts are also available in other arenas across the United Kingdom, such as for cinema tickets and for days out.
An interesting option, if you want to try the Gourmet Society out before you join, or just want to make short-term savings, is their 60 day membership. This is currently available for £1. Handsome discounts are also available for students, in association with Student Beans. You can also gift membership.
As part of the Dining Club group, the Gourmet Society believe that membership could be an interesting option for businesses to help with both the incentivising and recompensing of employees, and catching the attention of customers.
Participating restaurants benefit from the acquisition of a new clientele free of charge.
